I am working in the staging area https://www.staging1.rossopeperoncinopizzeria.it/, I have installed the main theme, but I cannot install any demo. Try uploading it but it actually fails. It does not return any type of error. Just don’t upload. I have tried with both the child theme and the parent theme, it doesn’t work. I urgently need to solve the problem. Thanks.

It’s better to use the main theme and than activate the child-theme, but on most servers both would work.

Check if the Lafka plugin is installed and active before trying to import the demo. If not, you can install and activate it under Appearance > Install plugins menu of the WP admin dashboard.
