Purchased the theme yesterday and tried to do an initial setup, however the demo import option won’t work for me. It says that it usually takes 5-10 minutes but the operation is completed within seconds and nothing is being imported at all. The import website https://babystreet.althemist.com/demo-import/ gives me a page not found.

The link doesn’t work, because it’s no more used for the demo import. It was a simple demo with placeholders instead of images and we removed it, but forgot to delete the link. Now the theme imports the original demo.

What you describe sounds like the theme plugin (BabyStreet Plugin) is not active. Check under Appearance > Install Plugins if ALL required theme plugins are installed and active.

It seems that this is the solution, thanks! You could update the information text on the “Import DEMO” tab and add to the requirements that some plugins must be installed first. It says that only Woocommerce is needed for this action!

I have the same problem. I have the BabyStreet Plugin (and all others) activated but when I click on Import Demo (Demo Location: Babystreet Demo Import Site https://babystreet.althemist.com/demo-import/) it goes to a 404 page.
