Sorry but i tried any suggestion that i found in this forum

Activated Simplexml
safe_mode off or on
suggested values in PHP.ini

but nothing … still get the same error …

My configuration is :
Centos 8.8.3
WordPress 5.6.2
PhP 7.2 (simplexml installed and active)

From Aspect > Theme Options > Import Demo

i have also disabled the firewalld and selinux …

Just forgot to mention that i use a Virtual Machine under virtual box ver. 6.1 but FTP and network is ok (update /install plugin, update wordpress all is ok)

really don’t know what do more ..

Tried to install e new “fresh” machine .. nothing

Tried to install a new “fresh” machine with old version of WordPress .. nothing

Still get the same error

i start to be a bit frustrated ….

Wich version of wordpress / php this demo import work on ?

there is another way to install this demo0s ?

This is definitely not theme related. Most probably something wrong with your server configuration and/or user privileges. I’d suggest trying on e real web based hosting server, not on a virtual machine. Sounds like your installation doesn’t fully support all wordpress/woocommerce requirements.
