How do i import menu items? I have imported them into products/woocommerce but they are not showing up. I need them to be list/clickable. Please don’t tell me I have to enter each one individually in your restaurant menu tab (over 100 items) CSV file? Thank you!

    Hello bkirby,

Menu items are automatically imported when you import the demo. Also, they have nothing to do with the WooCommerce products. They are separate custom post types for restaurants that doesn’t need online orders functionality. You don’t need to touch any CSV files. The import is handled with a single click under Theme Options > Demo Import.

?Why would my restaurant have the same menu items as your demo file?

I need to import my menu from excel or CSV. Thank you love it so far!

I would li,ke to return the software if I cant import my data. The time to input each restaurant item would not make economic sense. Would cost me hundreds of dollars as I have meny menus to input. Please let me know how to return. Have purchased Woocommerce Food which allows me to import menus as a CSV file.

Oh, I did no understand the initial problem. Thought you are trying to import the demo content from the SCV/XML files instead of the built-in 1-click import.

Unfortunately, importing WooCommerce products have nothing to do with the theme. It should work the same way, no matter which theme you use. If it doesn’t work on your site, there is probably something wrong in your SCV or import settings. It’s just not theme related.

If you can send us a CSV file, we may try to import on our end see if it works. That would probably mean there is something wrong with your server environment.
