ParticipantHi,
There is a problem with the Price Filter Range when product prices have been entered excluding VAT. Woocommerce is configured to display prices including VAT but the prices are entered excluding VAT.
The Storefront theme displays the correct range (prices including VAT) but the Rigid theme displays the price range of the products’ ex VAT price. So, if using the filter then products at the top of the range will be omitted from the query result because the products are filtered by their inc VAT price.
The only way to get the products to display is to manually change the ?min_price=xxx&max_price=xxx values in the URL or to reset the filters. I got some strange behaviour when adding the standard Product Filter by Price widget to the off canvas sidebar. That then tried to reset the maximum price back to the price including VAT but was overwritten in the display to price excluding VAT and the max_price in the URL was correct (including VAT).
I presume this is just an error in retrieving the product price but I am not sure which function that is… Could you let me know how to fix this please?
Kind regards,

KeymasterHi zuyo,
You are right, there is such an issue with the slider. Thanks for reporting this in details.
We have fixed it and also added new option in theme options -> shop, to set up the step at which the pricing filter slider works. The default value by WooCommerce is 10.
Now you will be able to control that with this option.Expect this in our next update. Within a week.
