Hi,

i’m using your template in the website https://babybrand.pt/checkout and i’m having this issue in the final stage of the checkout.

After clicking in the “termos e condições” (terms and conditions), instead of opening a new page, it opens a div in the current page, that contains containing code, as you can see in the attached image.

Hello Cátia,

Actually this is not theme related. The WooCommerce system displays the “Terms and Conditions page” content sanitized (removes all HTML there). In order to avoid this, the only option would be to NOT use the page builder there – e.g. bild the page using just the default WordPress text editor.

Hi again,

sorry but i’m not fully satisfied with the response.
I’ve tested again using the default editor and the problem persists so, i kindly ask you to please give another look or if possible explain the solution you sugest with more detail, because this problem is delaying us from deliver the final product to the client.
