Hi,

I’m getting https://new.boutiqueafricaine.com/3674 as an error next to sold by the vendor and this image/page does not exist at all in the theme.
The issue also appears on product pages mext to slob by vendors https://new.boutiqueafricaine.com/product/cotton-african-print-batik-cloth-custom-logo-pattern-wax-printed-fabric/

I’m not sure what is causing this. Something on the site is looking for something that is not in the right folder or is indeed missing – or this is due to some misconfiguration on the site and that request is not meant to be.

Hello Dod,

there is definitely something broken on your website. The path to the image is no complete. Are you using some custom plugin for the media library?

As for the store itself, the link works absolutely fine:

what should the full path be? I am not using a custom media library. is there some kind of workaround this?

Also, prior to opening the ticket, I had disabled all plugins and the issue was the same. thks

It must be something like this

<img src="https://new.boutiqueafricaine.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/file-name-100x100.jpg" style="height:30px !important;">

While on your website it is like this:

<img src="3674" style="height:30px !important;">

This is definitely not theme related. You’d probably need to consult with the WC Marketplace support team.
