ResolvedIssue with login/register on homepage

    Hi, in the far right hand corner of the marketplace theme there is a register button (vendor/customer), when i complete the form and select “register” nothing happens.

    Secondly in an example scenario where i have tried to register with an existing email address and the error message appears at the top of the box “an account is already registered with your email address” i can no longer see the “register” button because the the error message at the top has taken up space. I have screenshots if that helps.

    Hi Lucy,

    I am not really sure I understand the problem correctly.

    Please, provide more information on the following:

    1. Which multi-vendor plugin you use
    2. Which PHP version is your server running

    Also, please provide a working link to your site and temporary admin access details, so we can check the problem “live”.

    Hi lucymuddle,

    The PHP version can be checked in your website admin under WooCommerce > Status, but the additional information you provide doesn’t sound like PHP version related problem.

    1. The register button not working in some browsers is probably caused by the broken SSL on your site, because you’re loading mixed content.

    2. Please, allow a bit more time for this, so we can investigate further and provide a solution.

    Hello Lucy,

    So sorry for the late reply. Looks like somehow I missed your post.

    No, we don’t need access, as it looks like the problem is caused by JS error on your site. Looking at the error code, it’s caused by your performance plugin minifying and combining your JS files.

    Don’t know which plugin you use, but I would recommend Autoptimize as it works fine with no errors with any theme, including Rigid.

    I have installed autooptimize but still the register button when using the top right login icon does nothing.

IMPORTANT!!!

Hello everybody! Please, accept our sincere appologies for the delaeyd support last 2 weeks. One of our team members was diagnosed with Covid-19 and we were isolated without the chance to leave home or access our office.
