ResolvedIssues with response of Theme

    Hello,
    I have a few problems with the theme:

    1. The theme does not show the shop items unless I click on the website they appear, this happen only in computer, in mobile works. It seems like that “fade effect” or something like that, does not detect that I’m actually watching the page and it does not display the items… when I click it they appear.

    2. In the checkout part I can not complete the transaction because it gets stuck in the location options (state) I can not find anywhere where I can fix this. So I can not complete any purchase at all.

    Could you help me with this please?

    Hello bykimgarza,

    1. Check if you have a plugin that adds lazy load ffeature to the site (e.g. JetPack). Since version 5.5. WordPress have a buil-in lazy load feature, so all others must be disabled.

    2. It looks like your default WooCommerce pages are not properly set (e.g. the Cart page leads to My Account etc.). Check under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced if all pages are set correctly.

    Hello,
    1. Do I can’t use JetPack with this Theme? the error still there, but the thing is that this issue happens only on the desktop, the mobile works perfectly fine. Everything loads, all images, just not the shop items, and it does not takes more time to upload, they just don’t appear unless I click on the page near where the shop items are, try on: http://www.sahacarolina.com/shop, click on the page near the white zone of the items and they will appear. It seems like the “fade effect” the theme has does not detect that I’m on the page… is there a way to remove this effect and have all items just like the mobile?
    2. I have done that, thanks, but that didn’t solve the first issue, when I’m on the checkout, it gets very stuck and the UX is annoying because it does not let me move and see that other information I need to fill, this happens when I select Country and/or State, please go to shop and try to buy something, I don’t have any payment methods configured yet. It simply does not allow me to do my purchase, I did one but I don’t even see what info I wrote because the page just didn’t let me scroll properly.
    3. Also, the contact boxes also don’t work, both at: http://www.sahacarolina.com/home (with Contact Forms Plugin) and at http://www.sahacarolina.com/contact (with the theme’s contact form)
    *Sounds like I’m new doing websites, but I’m not, actually this is my 24th website on WordPress, just the first time with this theme, just to let you know that I have tried several things to fix it before taking your time, but in this case, I need support with the Theme.

    Could you please help me to solve this issue?

    1. Of course you can! Just make sure the JetPack lazy load is disabled.

    2. I have just checked again and the checkout now works fine. However, I can see the My account still leads to https://sahacarolina.com/home/ .

    3. I can’t see contact form on https://sahacarolina.com/home/. The form on https://sahacarolina.com/contact/ works absolutely fine. Just sent a message.

    There is a strange thing I noticed. It looks like you also use JetPack for site optimization. This is definitely not a good idea and it would only work on simple blogs. On sites with a page builder and WooCommerce you should use specialized plugins for optimization (we use combination of Autoptimize and WP SuperCache), as the JetPack optimization service combines CSS and JS files in random order (not the order they were meant to load).
