Hello! I am encountering this issue when trying to add a short code to a page – I think it has something to do with WP’s latest version and content block builders, or at least that is what I have found in forums.

I’m wondering if you have any knowledge regarding this and if you know if it is solved with WPBakery’s update (which is not available for the theme yet)

    Thank you!

    Hello pachabazar,

Could you please give us more details? Exactly where and when did you get that error? After what?

Also, please note that it’s highly not recommended to use more than one page builder. I’d suggest disabling the gutenberg editor under WP Bakery Page Builder > General Settings and only use the WP Bakery.

    regards,
    Dimitar

    Hello again!

Apparently the error was resolved because they (WCMP) were able to modify something on the theme folder becaues they found the error was there, here is a line from their rseponse:

“Actually, the error is coming from your rigid theme. We have commented out lines 41-45 in the rigid/js/rigid-front.js file. Please ask your theme author to share a patch so that modified lines will not be lost with the next update”

Could you please share the modified patch so I can make the update??

    Thank you!

    Hello pachabazar,

That’s really confusing. I thought you face that error in the backend when editing a page. The screenshot you provide is from the backed. The file rigid/js/rigid-front.js doesn’t load in the admin area at all.

Could you please explain EXACTLY where and when do you get that error? Meanwhile, we have changed that function, so it only runs outside the editor.
