Hi,

I have purchased and activated Lafka theme. According to documentation there should be ‘Lafka add-ons’ tab in product edit. But in my installation there is no tab for ‘Lafka add-ons’. There is only ‘Lafka nutrition facts’ tab available in product edit. Also I do not see Global add-ons (Admin > Products > Food Corner Global Add-ons) and Woocommerce menu > Lafka order hours menu.

Please note that I’ve installed the Lafka plugin which came bundled with the theme (under plugins folder). Please let me know how to activate these features.

How to activate the product addons is explained in the theme documentation. They are not missing for the other 840 websites using the theme, so leaving such a review on ThemeForest before even getting an answer from us is pretty unprofessional. We are not a 24/7 business, so 18 hours waiting for response should be acceptable having in mind we are in different time zones on different continents.

Also, ruining the reputation of an author known for it’s support and product quality is not the best way to speed up the support process nor it is the best way to motivate the team’s willingness to help you.

Based on all that, we are going to report your 1-star review as false and unjustified. Until it’s removed by the Envato team (it may take up to 48 hours) you can read the theme manual and find out why the addons are “missing”. You have already rated our support service as a 1-star service, so that’s the most you can get in terms of help here in the forums. When the review is removed by Envato team, we will be able to provide support again.
