ParticipantHi,
I get a loop when I click “order now” button and the store is closed due the scheduled opening hours.
If I open the dev tools and repeat the request, I receive an error 500 on the request for admin-ajax.php.
This only happens during closed hours. How can I fix this?

KeymasterCould you, please give us more details? Exactly what do you mean by “I get a loop”.

ParticipantI mean that if I click on a product to order I see the loading circle in a loop.
I tried with the dev tools to figure out the reason for the loop and found an HTTP 500 error in the request for admin-ajax.php.
This only happens when the shop is closed according to the schedule in Lafka Order Hours. In Lafka Order Hours my options are:
Disable Add to cart: FALSE
Countdown: TRUE
Turn-On Force Override: FALSE
Enable Clear Cart Cache: FALSENovember 14, 2022 at 8:53 am #36237Althemist
KeymasterCould you, please give us a link and temporary admin access to your site, so we can check what could be wrong?

KeymasterHi ninopizzakurier,
It looks like you have a lot of additional WooCommerce plugins and some of them may conflict the Lafka theme features. Additionally, there are a lot of errors on your WooCommerce error log.
We have tried the same configuration on our end (no branches, order hours enabled and time outside working hours) and can’t replicate the problem. Everything works fine on our end.
Also, the 500 errors are server side error family, so it may be a problem with your server configuration. The only thing we can suggest is to disable Jetpack and ALL woocommerce related plugins one by one and find out which one is causing the problem.

ParticipantI made a staging site by copying the current site.
By disabling all plugins (except Lafka and Woocommerce) I still have the same problem. You can try it yourself, the credentials are the same and the URI is the same, you just have to add /test-removal-p.
Also in the wc-logs I see this:
CRITICAL Uncaught Error: Class ‘Lafka_Shipping_Areas’ not found in wp-content/plugins/lafka-plugin/incl/order-hours/Lafka_Order_Hours.php:315Stack trace:

KeymasterHi ninopizzakurier,
Sorry for the late reply.
We have found the problem. It only happens when the countdown is enabled in the order hour settings.
We will release an update with fix. Meanwhile, you just need to disable the countdown.
