Hello, about Lafka Order Hours:

2- Also I set mandatory “WooCommerce / Lafka Shipping Settings / Lafka Shipping Settings” but because I set “Number of days ahead to order” to 0, on check out page “Lafka Order Hours” is already set to next available time, but I like to force user to set the time he likes to go to pick up order, do you know if is posible.

Hi alvaro,

1. Looks like you’d need to check your default WordPress time zone. Most probably it’s different than the time zone of your country.

2. When you set the “Number of days ahead to order” to 0, the client can only order for the current day. When selecting the date/time for delivery is mandatory, the selector will show by default the first available slot. Also, a slot that already started will not be available.

Not needed actually. We managed to get the whole picture.

It looks like everything works fine on our end. It’s 12:35 (your time and 13:35 our time) at the moment. When I try to make an order it gives me 13:00-13:30 as the first available slot. That’s because the previous slot (12:30-13:00) already started, so it’s no more available.

Hi alvaro,

This is not theme related. We can see you have an additional plugin for order delivery date and time. It’s possible that this plugin creates some kind of conflict, but can’t be 100% sure. Also, we noticed you use a custom child theme. Again, it is possible that something in it creates conflict. When using the default theme without additional delivery plugins everything works absolutely fine.

Another possible reason could be if there is some kind of server caching on your hosting.

However, these are just leads for you to check. We can’t tell exactly what’s causing the problem.
