Hi! Love the theme. I have a few questions regarding the order hours feature.

1. The time format in the time picker is 24 hours format. Is there a way to change it to 12 hour format? It’s confusing for our clients. I ensured the time format in WordPress settings is set to show 12 hour format but it’s not reflecting in the time picker.

2. Repost: Is there any plan on allowing separate pickup / delivery hours? Our shop opens at noon but doesn’t start deliveries until 5. To me this is the only thing missing from this theme. Otherwise it has all the main functionality we need!

3. If the answer is No to 1 and 2, is there an alternative order hours plugin that works with your theme that you can recommend?

Hi skylerdesign,

1. No, I am afraid this is currently not possible. I’ll discuss with the team if it’s technically possible to add such feature in the next version. Can’t guarantee, though.

2. There is no way to separate hours for delivery and pickup. What we prepare for the next update is a possibility to set order accepted order types (typedelivery/pickup/both) per branch. May be it would be possible to separate it in different branches, depending on your needs.

3. I am afraid there is no plugin with such functionality on the market. There are standard order hours plugins, but they are pretty limited, can’t have branches, users and different shipping methods. They only limit the possibility to order in certain time frame.

Thank you. I have seen other order plugins that have separate hours for pickup and delivery so I do hope you change your mind on this at some point!

Is there a way then to tie the Local pickup option to the built-in Woocommerce Local Pickup shipping method?

What do you mean by “to tie the Local pickup option to the built-in Woocommerce Local Pickup shipping method”? Do you want to connect it to the location confirmation popup? If that’s what you need, I am afraid it would not be possible.
