I have free shipping rule when customer purchase reaches $75 I also have local pickup as an option. When the free shipping rule is reached the local pickup option disappears from the checkout page.

Hi jgitta,
Under Theme Options > Shop tab there is a setting called “Use Custom Free Delivery Option – Hide other shipping methods if free delivery is available.”
You would need to disable it.
