Hi, I have inadvertently locked myself out of my wp admin dashboard…..I am using rigid multivendor marketplace….the admin is under my email info@theoutsidekitchen.es. I created a fake vendor profile, so I can check some functions. I stupidly registered with the same e mail as the wp-admin one. This fake registration seems to have over ridden the wp-admin one and now it will only log me in as a vendor. I hope this makes sense. Is there anyway to override this and enter the wp admin….i.e change the admin e mail? Thanks in advance

Hello Neilko,

It happened before to other users, but unfortunately we can’t provide a “fix” for the situation. It’s a well known problem of the WCMp functionality where admin should NOT be able to register as a vendor, but they still didn’t fix it.

I guess easiest fix would be to revert a backup version of your site. Ask your hosting support if possible. Alternatively, you may ask the WCMp team if there is something to be done.
