This should not be possible. Anyways, what you describe is definitely not theme related. You’d probably need to check the settings under WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy.

The reason is because those 2 options are enabled on your site:

When creating an account, automatically generate an account username for the customer based on their name, surname or email
When creating an account, automatically generate an account password

With those options enabled, the system automatically creates username and password for the user. The best option is to disable them, so users can choose their own username and password.

This is not theme related, it’s how WooCommerce work.

That’s definitely not the case. May be your other theme is changing something. We have just tried again with several themes. Even with the official WooCommerce theme (Storefront) it’s the same. When you finish the registration you are automatically logged in.
