how could I allow a customer to get a lower price if he get products from one price and above? Should I get another plugin?

Yes, you would need a third-party wholesale pricing plugin. This is not theme related and WooCommerce doesn’t have such feature by default.

I’ve just done it with WooCommerce. I created a “free delivery” and you can select from wich price you can use it. Maybe I didn’t explained it properly. Thanks anyways.
