Hello,

I am having a hard time to make the map routing functionality work.

If I type the zip code and click on calculate route button, nothing happens.

Is there any particular permission that I need to enable to google api keys?

Hello andrea,

Yes, the maps API project must be set to allow directions service. If you provide a link to your page we can check if that’s the case or something else.

As I suspected, your API project is not configured to use Directions. Here is the error you can see in the console on your site:

However, there are also other JS errors on your page. Make sure you’re using the latest theme version with the latest theme plugin (Lafka plugin) version AND the latest WordPress AND the latest WooCommerce.

I can’t tell what could be wrong by looking at a screenshot. Not to mention we don’t speak Italian. 🙂

As for the video background – there is a checkbox to mute the sound for the page video background settings. For row video background, the sound is always disabled.
