Hi,

I’m having issue with the mega menu. At first it was working fine, then when I clear the site cache it stop working as mega menu and change back to regular custom link menu by wordpress.

Not sure by clearing the cache effect it. but it is right after i did it.
And right now i dont know how to get it back.

Found out I need to tick back the mega menu option and it works. Not sure what happen or what cause the mega menu disable at first place.

Clearing the cache should NOT affect the menus at all. What caching plugin do you have?

Also, note that you must always edite the mega menus under Appearance > Menus and NOT under Appearance > Cusomize > Menu

I’m using LightSpeed Cache. Like you said it should not effect the menus.

As of now I’m not sure what makes the mega menus to disable in first place.
At first I didn’t look back at the setting as I haven’t made any changes to it. After a while I figure might as well try to redo the menu and that’s when I realize the mega menus option are disabled.

That’s really strange and it just can’t happen automatically. Do you have some menu related third-party plugin?

No 3rd party menu plugin. If I ever found out will update here. As of now the only thing I could remember is clearing the cache.

Basically, there is just no logic for this to happen. Could you, please give us temporary admin access to your site, so we can check what could be wrong?
