Hello there,

I have a problem with menu items. There is no options to insert description, images, shortcodes etc. as it looks in the demo or described in Documentation “Setting Up the Menus” tab.
When I’m adding “custom link” inside the Mega menu Column, there is no “Description” field to add content.

How to fix this?

Hello CrystallWhite,

First – Make sure the theme plugin (Rigid plugin) is active and up to date! Also, make sure you are editing the menu under Appearance > Menus and NOT under Appearance > Customize > Menus.

Than, make sure you’re using a third-level menu item for the description. It must be one level deeper than the Column level.

If the problem persists, please provide temporary admin account and a link to your site, so we can check what could be wrong.

I have just checked and everything seems fine to me. I was able to place a test description field under your Rūbai menu.

Hmm… Are you able to add an image, shortcodes etc.? Because everything I tried – not worked.

Yes, it works. Check your Rūbai menu again.

Okey, found that in Screen Option were unchecked “description” label. Soo simple.. 🙂
