I sir,
1) on the website mobile display menu icon is missing, so the menu button is hidden with the header.
2) Pick up and delivery icons are missing.
3) lafka change branch icon is missing.
The icons are missing in the html itself which are coming from the theme.

Hello narsammamada,
This looks like an encoding issue.
Please make sure that you didn’t somehow overwrote the theme files encoding. Also check the database and tables character set.

Hello narsammamada,
The problem with the support site you mentioned looks like is because the css is not loaded. May be you have some issue on your local machine. Check your internet speed or try with different browser. I believe the icons issue is related with this also.

Hi Sir,
I tried in multiple computers too. But No luck.
Also search and cart(which floats on right bottom) on mobile is also missing.
I checked removing all css and also in multiple browsers, but no help.
Please suggest.

Hello skyisred,
With the last url you provided, I’ve managed to log in.
I see that you have a lot of custom css and I believe this is the reason for the scrambled icons.
Please review the css or remove it completely to confirm this is the problem.

Hi sir,
I bought another license even for that website icons are all missing, there is no css in that website. You can login with same credentials and check that website too.
Please suggest what am I doing wrong
