ParticipantI don’t know what happened bur on mobile phones the menu is not visible anymore (was for the past years). I have not changed the settings but it is not there anymore.
Does somebody have a clue? Why isn’t here a search function in this forum?
Kind regards

KeymasterAs far as I can see the problem is most probably caused by your Nitro optimization. It’s either not properly configured OR incompatible with some of your plugins.
While it’s a great service, capable of incredible speed boost on standard WordPress blogs and simple websites, it’s definitely not good for complex e-commerce websites. Currently there are a lot more things on your site that doesn’t work properly for sure.

KeymasterHello Anthony,
Are you using the latest theme version with the updated theme plugin (Rigid Plugin) and latest version of WooCommerce?

KeymasterHello Anthony,
Exactly where did you get that error?

ParticipantHi Althemist
The error occurs when a user places an order and receives the confirmation email for registration as a buyer. When he/she clicks on the email link for confirmation the message is as seen here: https://happinesz.com/wp-activate.php?key=256fe8bae1679f2b.
Kind regards

KeymasterHi Anthony,
Due to the fact that you have many active plugins and we see WooCommerce is active on the both sites. Could you please activate WooCommerce on Network level and try again.

KeymasterHi Anthony,
Thank you. Looks ok now. I’ve clicked and activated that account successfully.
This means that one or more of the many plugins are conflicting somehow with ours in a network installation.Could you please confirm that everything is fine now so we can resolve the ticket?
