Hi dear,

I love your theme sinec i bought it. I am building my website (Fayoonah.ae). I am in the woocommerce stage and i figured out i have 3 issues:

1- My Account Page is missing from this theme, cant find them in my wordpress (Dashboard>> all pages) as I will need to link this account to Woocommerce. (attached: https://ibb.co/XzH49B6)

2- secons Issue is I cant find My account icon in the header of my website, did i disble somthing? can you please help me to add it agan. (URL: https://ibb.co/drcWj1P)

3- 3rd Issue is that i tried to buy a product and add it to my cart, but nothing happens after that and my cart stays empty all the time, regrdless how many time i clicked on the buy products (URL:https://ibb.co/N2LkQCv)

can you please guide me through all related issues, as my knowledge is very basic in technical of front-end issues.

For all 3 problems, I am afraid we can’t tell what could be wrong by looking at screenshots.

Please, provide temporary admin access to your site, so we can check what could be wrong.

Hi dear,

when i try to send you what you requested I am getting this below msg:

“*** Forbidden. Spam sender name. Message seems to be spam. ***”

and cant send you what you want through replying here, what should I do

Hi Hi fayoonah.ae,

Can’t tell why you were marked as spam user. Probably because your username looks like a URL.

Anyways, I have manually whitelisted you in the spam system, so you should be able post now. Just don’t forget to mark the “set as private reply” checkbox when sending the admin credentials.
