When a registered user go to the menu from mobile phone it is just blank/black and no menu (see the link below)
How can I fix it?

I have just checked your website and I can confirm the issue. However, we can’t replicate it on our demos and test sites. Do you have some menu-related plugin installed on your website?

Hello batteri,

I have checked your site and the main theme plugin (Rigid Plugin) was inactive. It’s absolutely crucial for the correct work of the theme. I have enabled it and now your mobile menu works fine.

Hi, when login now from mobile. The my account page is now on the home screen. However it is still the same problem when klick on the menu bar in the right corner. It is still black scrren? See image –> https://ibb.co/fv9m6tP

I have just tested your site again and no matter what page I am on, the menu works absolutely fine:

I can see the menu as your screenshot when I am not logged in from phone. But when I log in, the mobile menu turns black? As image sent before.

Did you try clearing your phone browser cache?

BTW, I have just tried your site from my phone and it’s not even available, which is weird as I can access the site on the desktop computer.
