I am trying to figure out how to fix this appearance issue which looks very bad on mobile – the store header appears like this on a phone, how can I remove it? https://ibb.co/rbX7jX6

Also, the space between header and the first element on a page is very large and unecessary, how can I remove it? https://ibb.co/WfgKcJq

For the mobile header I don’t really understand. Could you please explain more. Exactly what’s wrong? It seems fine to me.

As for the white-space bellow header – this can only be changed with CSS.

Sure thing- what is wrong with the mobile header is it looks bad for us, the look is not good for selling since it takes up the whole page with a blank space leaving the cover image so small . how can we fix this look??

Your header looks absolutely fine to me:

It definitely doesn’t take the whole page. Also, if you use a dedicated mobile logo 50x50px as per the theme requirements and golden web standards, the header will be even smaller as everything will be in one line, just like in our demo website.

The theme styling on vendor shop page doesn’t look like your site. Even the HTML code is different. Looks like you have customized a lot of CSS and template files?
