I would like to translate to portuguese the modal pop up, is it possible?

How i should send you the information? I think is not good ideia to write in here.

I already setup my branch but i did the translation with loco translator but the translations doesnt appear, still the original strings

I am having trouble with the branch image, because only if i use dropdown branch selector it work, if i use images branch selector it is in loop and refresh the page and prompt me again the modal pop por checking my adress.
I am looking to this for hours sry if i dont have the knowledge to explain me better but i am trying really hard 🙂

Sorry for the late reply.

1. Yes, you can translate all strings with a plugin like Loco Translate. Some of them are in the theme and others are in the theme plugin (Lafka plugin), so both should be translated.

2. May be you should check your Loco Translate settings. If you give us admin access to your site and strings you want to translate we may check what could be wrong.

3. Sounds like a caching problem. Do you have some sort of caching enabled on your site or server?

Sorry for the late reply.

We have just checked your website and everything seem fine when logged in.

As I already suspected, you have a caching plugin (SiteGround optimizer) and you have enabled the File Based Cache. It must be disabled. Also, the jQuery should be excluded from cache.

Well and why cache is realated with the auto complete of google geoconding when writing the address in modal pop up, because that dont work, and i deactivated cache plugin and still doesnt change nothing on loco translation of modal pop up, the rest of website template is in portuguese only modal pop up dont change.
