ResolvedMore Filters icon – wrong display

I’ve come across an issue on the shop page when notices appear the more filters icon moves in the notice itself. Please see print screen https://prnt.sc/q2ryd7
Could you please help me to fix this issue?

So sorry for the late reply. It looks like our anti-spam filter system somehow blocked some posts containing links since the last week.
We will check this issue and let you know ASAP. Update with a fix will be released too if needed.

Unfortunately we wasn’t able to replicate the problem from your screenshot. Could you, please give us an URL were we can see the problem “live” and test?
Also, are you using some kind of third-party plugin for order expiration on your site?

KeymasterI have just checked, but it looks like you don’t have any filters enabled there. Actually, it looks like the entire filters widget area is disabled, so we can’t really test and diagnose.

Thanks for having a look at the issue.
I don’t know if you’ve noticed but I’ve changed the icon for More filters button so maybe that’s the reason why you didn’t recognised the More filters widget. I’ve changed it and it now looks like a ‘+’ (Please see print screen: https://prnt.sc/qaby9n )

KeymasterNow I can see the PLUS sign. However, I have a product in the cart for more than 2 days and there is no notification there, so we can’t really see the problem “live”. Did you disable that feature?

My apologies, I’ve had to debug an issue so I’ve deactivated a lot of plugins and didn’t activate it back again. I’ve just activated the cart stock reducer plugin and have added more products in the cart so hopefully you’ll be able to see the issue when you log back in. If not, please try again in a couple of hours

KeymasterThe link was leading to my account page, where the notices are displayed. When switched to the shop page, the notices were no more displayed. I have added few products and now I’ll have to wait for them to expire.
