I’ve now found some other errors with the website (please note that I have not made ANY changes to the theme/page files referenced in the errors – these are problems that are present even with a fresh install):

    1) When I click the user icon on the top right corner of the page, it does not show a “register” option. It only shows the login option. In the demo version, it showed both options. Is there a setting to turn this on?

    2) On the checkout page, clicking “Terms and conditions” does not result in any action. The only way to open the link is if I right click and select “open in new tab” or “open in new window”.

    3) In order to investigate the issue in (2), I tried to edit the actual checkout page, but am unable to open the WPBakery frontend editor. It just shows the light gray WPBakery logo and I am unable to do anything.

You can use the login information I provided previously to investigate these errors.

    Thanks.

    1) This is not theme related. It’s a WooCommerce setting and it can’t be imported. You just need to allow user registration on the my account page under WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy

    2) Your terms and conditions page is just empty, so there is nothing to be shown there when you click on the link.

    3) I have just checked your website’s checkout page. Everything seems fine there. The WP Bakery Front-end editor loads and works absolutely fine:

Also, this page is not something you can “edit”. It’s just a WooCommerce shortcode which automatically generates the page.

Thank you for the quick reply.

    (1) Thank you for clarifying this point for me. I have gone in and made the changes.

    (2) I didn’t know it was a collapsible link. I edited generic data and see that it now appears (I assumed it was supposed to open a link like privacy policy) – thank you for clarifying this.

    (3) Now the page is working! For some reason, it was not working for me all day…I will keep an eye on this and let you know if the problem repeats.
