Hello,

I have been using the mozaic blog post module in WP Bakery with the Rigid theme for years now and it’s been great. I updated the software on my site this week and the posts are now one column but the other styles “standard” and “masonry” work fine. I need the mozaic option to work for my purposes. I have tried deactivating plugins to see if it’s a conflict but I can’t figure it out. Please help.

Few days ago we released an update with latest versions of bundled plugins. I have just tested and the mozaic option works fine.
Please update and check again.

It’s still not working for me after the update. Can you please take a look at my homepage and give me some direction? I do not know what the problem is, thank you.

I’ve had to switch away from your post module because it won’t work on my homepage. I turned off all plugins, updated everything, looked for errors, and there is no explanation that I can see. The mozaic feature works everywhere else on my site, just not on the homepage and if you can help me figure this out that would be amazing.

My experience with your support in the past has been much better and more responsive than this. I’m also still waiting to find out why the account pages are not displaying properly and I had to do a CSS fix for now. It’s been days asking for help, renewing and paying for support and both problems persist.
