Hi there.

I recently purchased your Babystreet theme and I’m encountering multiple issues.

1. I’ve tried importing the demo content multiple times. Even after increasing max file upload size, etc. the demo content import doesn’t load properly. You can see the result here. https://beebeeandbongo.com/. How can I fix this?
2. The menu in particular is broken but the menu settings follows your documentation. I’m not sure what’s wrong there. Can you help me fix this?
3. In the theme updates section, the theme wouldn’t accept either my personal token (I followed all your documentation in creating that) or the item purchase code. I don’t understand why not. Can you please help me with this?

Hello Paul,

1 & 2 – It really looks like something went wrong during import. Could you, please provide temporary admin access, so we can check what it could be?

As for 3 – you just need to follow the instruction in the Envato Market plugin and generate an API token. Than use the token in the filed there. You don’t need the purchase key for the updates.

Re: 3 I did follow the instructions but it still rejected the API token.

1 & 2 – It’s your PageLayer plugin taht modifies the structure and content, as it replace the theme templates.

3 – Make sure you login to the Envato API center with the same account used to purchase the theme.
