Dear Support,

I need help with the menu under the My Account icon in the header bar.

How do I add to these menu options? I looked in pages but they are not set up as pages, so I can’t work out how to edit them or add menu items.

It’s the same menu that you use on the Althemist website, and yours has different options to mine (for example: Althemist Support is in that menu). How can I change my menu options there?

Also, can I direct/link my pages to these menu items? So that if someone clicks on that page, it goes to the same place as the menu item?

Hello Belinda,

I am afraid this is not an easy thing to modify. This is not a standard “menu”. It’s content is dynamically created by the WooCommerce’s “My account” shortcode. The only way to change it would require a deep knowledge and experience in PHP development.

In your case may be it would be better if you look for a plugin that modifies the My Account shortcode.
