    Hi,

    Maybe this is not what it should be but in the My account page the customers has two of the same profile images.
    How can I remove one of them?

    You can give us temporary admin access and we will look at it.
    Please use the “Set as private reply” checkbox.

    On my website, when any of the side bar menu is clicked, for instance to check Orders or addresses, the website do redirect to homepage. Customers find it difficult to even change their password too. Please help

    Hello PinyB,

    The duplicated avatar issue is caused by the lazy loading of Jetpack.
    We’ve fixed it in the theme and will be included in our next update.
    Meanwhile you can disable the lazy loading in jetpack: JetPack -> Performance -> Enable Lazy Loading for images

    I couldn’t reproduce the other issue about the links in the account page. I tested it and they work fine.
