When my vendors go to their “My shop” page on their dashboard it leads to an 404 error. This is also true for when customers click on a vendor’s page on my website, it does not lead to a page but instead a 404 error.

This is definitely not theme related.

First check your default WooCommerce pages if they are all set properly (check for Shop page under WooCommerce > Settings > Products and for the other pages under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced).

Then check your multi-vendor plugin’s settings if the pages are set correctly.

Last, try to rebuild the permalinks on your site.
