    Hello, this is my website:

    https://domicilios.elrancho.com.co/

Everything loads relatively well, the fault is found when loading the page and the detect address modal window appears, I allow google to use my location and select the branch, wordpress loads the page again and the modal window appears again.

I am seeing that by disabling litespeed, the problem is solved, what is wrong with litespeed?

My entire site is up to date, there is no plugin that needs an update.

    Hi mallethenao,

Sounds like you use not only litespeed, but also file based caching (serving static files).

The theme functionality is based on user sessions and cookies, so you can only use dynamic cache and/or memcached.

Hello, what should do I? “but also file based caching (serving static files)” Should I modify some configuration server?

Now, do you have a guide for lafka and litespeed?

No, we don’t have a guide for working with Litespeed. You don’t need to modify your server configuration. You’d need to adjust your Litespeed settings, so it only use dynamic cache. We can’t tell you the exact settings. You’d probably need to ask the Litespeed plugin support team about that.

Hi Althemist please reopen this case, unfortunately my website is not working with litespeed, they reviewed my website and lafka plugin.

    Litespeedtech.com responds me:

    Hi,

after check a bit how this plugin works , I think it is not compatible with our cache plugin

when you have page cached , then you go to select the location , it will redirect the page back to home page again

and after the page is redirected , it is loading same cached page without any information data , which I think the location selection won’t be applied

in such case , it needs to have a cookie as anchor for cache to vary , but I checked the page , it does not create any cookie before and after you select the location

even somehow we can make the modal window works , it will then hit the issue I mentioned as above

    Hi mallethenao,

Actually we store the popup information in the user’s WooCommerce session. The problem is that your plugins is serving static fileс. In this case you may just need to use another caching plugin like WP SuperCache, Autoptimize or other which gives you enough control to disable serving static files.
