ResolvedMyPos doesn’t send new order emails to branch locations

    Hello!

    We are using MyPos for online payments, but after successful payment, the branch location doesn’t receive email for the new order (only the admin email receive). Can you please help?

    We are using Order Status Control for WooCommerce, to change the COD orders to Complete.

    Hello a.stanchevv,

    We have just checked the sending mails behaviour with the plugin you mentioned and it successfully send mail also to the branch manager.
    So make sure you’ve assigned branch manager to the branch from the edit branch screen.
