ParticipantHi,
I’ve installed a new wordpress and woocommerce and added the rigid theme.
I’ve gone to import demo > market street.
For some reason the menu’s have duplicated e.g. the top menu navigation has – Home Home Market Market Vendors Vendors Stories Stories WCMP.
When I click on “sell on rigid” i get the following with no input:
[vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1508369730725{padding-top: 80px !important;padding-bottom: 80px !important;}”][vc_column width=”1/4″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text][vendor_registration][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
Any ideas?

ParticipantIgnore the markup issue, i didn’t realise this theme didn’t use WCFM but uses WCMp. The menu problem is enough to solve.

KeymasterHi rigiduser,
Sorry for the late reply.
Yes, the markup problem is related to the fact all demo content is made with WCMp and you’re using WCFM, so all WCMp related shortcodes would not work.
As for the menu – it happens sometimes, when the internet connection drops for a second while importing the demo.
If you just run the import again it should be fixed. Do not delete or reset anything. Just open Theme Options > Import Demo and run the import as it is.
If the problem persists, please let us know, so we can provide further assistance.

ParticipantHi,
I’ve tried reimporting many times and it varies what does and doesn’t work.
I have the menu working, but the email signup is showing the shortcode.
I’ve also just registered a vendor and now every time i try to go to /wp-admin it redirects to the contactus page so i can’t login to admin the site, i’ve tired different browsers and computers.
The imported demo just doesn’t look like the sample at this point.

KeymasterHi rigiduser,
The e-mail signup fom would require MailChimp for WordPress plugin by ibericode to be installed before you import the demo.
As for the login problem – it looks like the vendor registration and dashboard pages and/or the default woocommerce pages (including the My Account page) are not set properly.
Could you, please give us a link to your site and temporary admin account access details, so we can check this problem for you?
