Hello,

How do I remove the NEW tag that is on the products? How do I change te text if I want it to say something different for example ‘ON OFFER’ or ‘SALE’?
Do you have a feature within the theme where I can run a promotional offer for the products? How does it work?

Hello moniquescott,

You can disable the “NEW” label under Theme Options > Shop > “NEW” Label Active Period. Set it to OFF.

You can’t change the text to something else as it serves a specific purpose.

The sales and promotions are not theme related. It’s set for products within the WooCommerce Edit Product interface and it works the same with any theme.

The only custom feature we have is the limited time offer sale countdown. You can read more about it here:

There is no option to set Off on the Zass theme. So how to disable this useless feature?

Hello AZG,

Actually, most users find this feature really useful and it was included after numerous user requests.

However, as you already mentioned – there is no option to disable it in the Zass theme, so the only way would be to visually hide it with CSS. If you need assistance in this, please post your request in the Zass forums.
