    Any idea how to remove the next and previous items buttons on right and left side on single product page ?
    or at least make it show only in stock items ?

    Hi htigran,

    The buttons will always lead to next/previous items by ID. You can’t change where they lead, but you can disable them under Theme Options > General tab.
