In ProgressNO BRANCH OPTION IN POP-UP

I have added a branch to my website but the branch option is not showing and even the pick up option will say (Sorry, your address cannot be served by any of our branches.) after filling in the correct address information.
Please help, we are losing customers

Please doublecheck if you have set properly the shipping areas, assign them properly to the branches.
Also make sure you’ve entered Google Maps API key/sIf you still have issues, please explain in more details. Also in steps and with concrete addresses and send us a temporary admin account and we will look at it. Make sure you tick the Set as private reply checkbox.

I have lost the client because he could’nt wait this long, his customers were complaining bitterly abiut the site UX.
Please update me as I’m approaching another client for the same theme. I need to know if its something you can solve before purchasing.

Sorry for the long delay.
We’ve looked at your setup and found that for your branch (26 Meadow Str. BS23 1QQ) you don’t have selected “Shipping Areas”.Please set the “Shipping Areas” field from the branch location edit screen to one of the shipping areas you already created. Thus when a client enters an address from this area (like the one in the example), it will be able allowed to order.
