In categories there are products with diferent options (like size etc.). But optons are available only in english version of site.
I need to show them in all languages.

Hello, for it to display in all languages, you must have a language translator on your website.

As I wrote in title, I use WPML.
All pages are translated.

But in english version of page there is a form.

In order to translate all features you’d need to use not only WPML, but also it’s companion plugin WooCommerce multilingual:
