ParticipantHi, I am faceing a problem with the nutritional facts setup.
When filling in values decimals (which contain commas), the theme is displaying the numbers correctly when they are filled in, but after saving, the field is empty again, no value is saved.
If I fill in values without commas, the theme is saving them without any problems.
So, the only problems i face is in saving nutritional values with decimals, that contain commas.
What solutions do you have for this?
Thank you so very much.May 19, 2023 at 11:39 am #37518bogdan
ParticipantYou need to use “.” instead of “,”, otherwise it won’t work.

ParticipantThank you very much for your quick and kind responses.
I have tried before posting my question, but still nothing happened.
When i type the nutritional value with a comma (“,”) the theme saves the value without any comma. For example, instead oh 44,11 it saves 4411.
If i try to type the value with a dot (“.”) it the very first moment i hit the dot key, the theme displays a red error message saying “please imput a decimal value (“,”) without a thousands separator”. If i go ahead an type the walue with a dot, it displays the warning error message and if i try to save the settings, the field is blank.
