ResolvedOn-hold emails are not sent to customer

    Hello,

    I’m enjoying your beautiful team on http://www.kleinematties.nl

    I am wondering though, the ‘on-hold’ emails are not being sent to the customer.
    Can you help me out? (In process en Completed-emails are being sent succesfully).

    Hi Naïma,

    I am afraid this is not theme related. The first thing to check would be if the On-hold e-mails are enabled on your site. Check under WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > Order on-hold > Manage if the checkbox is enabled. Also, make sure the subject and heading fields are not empty.
