    1. After installing the theme, my homepage “NEW: Products list View” is not active, in your demo the page is active!
    2. Missing option for add-ons to order burger and pizza, there are add-ons in your demo!
    3. Is it possible for some add-ons for a product to be removed by a user from the site’s admin panel when an add-on is out of stock and undeliverable?
    4. Is it possible to make a multilingual site? We want to have another language besides the one in which the site will be built? How does this happen?
    5. Is it possible to add a chat system to communicate with customers?

    Hello service,

    Sorry for the delay.

    1. Please be sure that the Lafka plugin is active or try to run the import again. In some rare cases, mostly depending on the hosting not everything is imported in the first try.
    2. Same as point 1.
    3. Yes, you can achieve this by excluding the global addons on specific product and adding custom addons for it. In the admin, from the product edit screen Product Data -> Global Addon Exclusion
4, Yes, the theme is multilingual ready. You can use plugin like Loco Translate to do this. Please refer to their documentation on how to do it.
    5. Yes, you can install any third party chat plugin as long as it complies with the WordPress standards, there shouldn’t be issues.

    Regards,
    Alex

    Hello,
    1. I re-imported the theme but the homepage preview “NEW: Products list View” is just a white box. Categories, products, etc. are not displayed. Please see yavka.bg
    2. And here there is no change after re-importing the theme – no additions to the products!
    3. 4. and point 5 – Waiting for your reply!

    Hello service,

    – We’ve noticed that the site is loading really slow. May be that is the reason for the import to not finish properly. You can send us temporary admin account, so we can check. Please use the “Set as private reply” checkbox.
    – The theme is compatible with WPML, they have also language switcher. We can not recommend other switcher, but any plugin which follows the WordPress best practices should be compatible with the theme

    Regards,
    Alex

    Hello service,

We’ve looked at your site. We see that you have made changes in the content so it is not recommended to re-import the demo as it may mess up your changes.
    – The “NEW: Products list View” page actually is not a real page, it is a custom link in the menu. It links to the shop page with additional url parameters:
    shop_default_product_columns = lafka-products-list-view
    show_sidebar_shop = checked
    category_columns_num = 3
All those are options from the Theme Options page. You can set them in theme options and they will have effect for the whole site, or you can add them to an url to achieve the same effect but for particular page. So at the end the url looks like this: /?shop_default_product_columns=lafka-products-list-view&show_sidebar_shop=checked&category_columns_num=3
    – We’ve set up the shop page in your site to be the “order online” page, as it is in the demo.
    – About the addons, here is how it works. You have global and per product addons. It depends on your needs how you will set them up. If all or many of the products will share same addons, you can set them up as global. If there is a product with more specific addons, you can set those specific addons only for this product. So if you set up global addons and you have shortage for some of the options and want to edit or completely remove the addon, you can do that from the global addons once.
    – For the translation and language switcher you can use following plugin, it is free. We’ve tested it, for me the best place to put the switcher is as a menu item in the “Top Menu Right” menu. Of course feel free to experiment and use it as you want.
    Translate Multilingual sites – TranslatePress

    I hope all makes sense.

    Alex

    Hello,
In the theme options, I couldn’t find where I can set these three things:
    “- shop_default_product_columns = lafka products-list-view
    – show_sidebar_shop = checked
    – category_columns_num = 3
All those are options from the Theme Options page.”
The only change I made was that I chose a photo as the background and saved the changes. Then a home page with products appeared, but I have no sidebar and the products are displayed big, I want it to be like in your demo.
From where can I set the sidebar to be visualized and the way the products are visualized?

    Hello service,

Those were the options keys. The names of the options in Theme Options are as follows:
    – Theme Options -> Shop -> Shop Pages Default Product Columns -> List View
    – Theme Options -> Sidebars -> Show sidebar on Shop and category pages.
    – Theme Options -> Shop -> Columns Number for Shop Categories -> 3

Set above options and you should achieve the same layout for the shop part as of the “NEW: Products list View” page.

Let us know if you have additional questions.

    Regards,
    Alex

    Hello,

Where did you set “Shop page” to be “Order online page”?
There is no “Shop” page and “Order online” page in the WordPress pages menu. Shouldn’t both pages exist there?

    Hello service,

The shop page is set from the WooCommerce settings:
WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Shop page

And for the menu, you are probably looking on the wrong menu. In the demo the “Order online” link is located in the “Top Menu Right” menu.

    Regards,
    Alex
