    Hi sir,
    Because your change the status to resolved for the same question, I am creating new ticket.

    1. The close popup was never enabled. From the beginning.

    2. My another question regarding icons, I just bought 3rd license and just installed the theme and there was no plugins or any custom code except few lines of css. Still in the new website also there are no icons. FOr this website I thought I would first check the functinality because.

    Please suggest.

    Sorry, I am not sure I understand your questions, but I will try to answer. Please be more concrete.

    – The topic title is that you are missing 2 orders in 2 weeks. This is really strange, because we didn’t change the flow on how WooCommerce handles the orders. Please make sure that those orders are really created in the frontend (means, the checkout page is successfully submitted). The best will be to try to reproduce it by yourself and share with us, so we can investigate.

    – Ok for the popup close button setting
    – I really can’t understand your 2nd question. Please try to explain more.
