Hi,

I would like to know if there is any way possible so i can change the number of order, for example when i make an order the new order number is #2072, i want it to start from #1! In addition i want to change the sound of the order notification and the duration, in case i speak on the phone or i am not at the pc i’ll probably miss the notification. So i want to make it last for example 1 minute or more and the sound to be something else like when a phone rings or something like that!

Hello datum,

this is the ID of the order on your WooCommerce installation. It’s automatically assigned by the system, so there is no way to alter it. The only way to achieve this would be if you uninstall the WooCommerce, clean the database and than re-install it again.

As for the sound – you can replace the sound file (cart_add.wav) in lafka/image folder with another .wav file. It’d play the sound just once, so if you need it to be 1 minute, you should find a 1 minute sound. However, keep in mind that 1 minute .wav file would be huge, so not a good idea.

About the sound in order notification if i replace the cart_add.wav wouldnt be the same for the client also if he adds a product to cart? can i have diferent sounds? cause that will be annoying for customer.

Yes, it’s the same sound. You can’t have two different sounds for that.
