ParticipantHello,
Can you please check why enabling the Woo Tab Category plugin, it causes the ORDER NOW / QuickView pop up screen from working properly on the mobile / smaller screens. If you look at https://dingtea.co.uk you can see that with the ORDER NOW pop up screen, you are unable to scroll down to see the add-ons or click on add to basket button.

KeymasterHello Kevin,
Most probably there is something in the Woo Tab Categories that blocks the modal scripts. I can see there are some JS errors on your site and also the lafka-front.js file of the child theme is not found. Did you remove that file from the child theme?
As you can see on our demo websites the popup scrolls absolutely fine.

ParticipantThanks Dimitar for your reply, I haven’t removed anything from child theme so not sure why it is missing.
So what should I do in regards to the scrolling on the pop up window?
Also, any ideas why the pop up loading takes 3-4 times slower compared to your demo? Is it because our products have more add-ons or we have more items?

ParticipantI just re-downloaded your files but I can’t find the file you mentioned in the zip folder of lafka-child theme.

KeymasterThe file must be inside the js folder
As for the loading speed -this is probably related to your hosting speed. We have just checked and your entire site is quite slow – 9,6 seconds to load and what’s even worse – 4,6 seconds TTFB:

ParticipantHello Dimitar,
I have checked again and inside the js folder only has grosso-front.js this file.
In regards to the hosting speed, it’s a bit weird as it is hosted on AWS.
Thanks and best regards,

KeymasterI have just checked your site again. It looks like the “not found” JS error is fixed and the popup is now scrollable.
As for the hosting speed – could be related to many things, including some plugins. Can’t really tell. I can only see the TTFB is 4,6 seconds, which is extremely high. Must be up to 200 milliseconds (0,2 seconds) if everything with the hosting is OK.
Are you using some CDN? If not configured properly, this could be a possible reason.
Regards.
