    Hi guilherme,

    Most probably it’s caused by some plugin you have after activation or update. In order to tell what could be wrong, you’d need to enable WP_DEBUG on your site and also give us temporary admin access.

    When I insert any product, it hangs and the page does not open.

    Hi Guilherme,

    it looks like there is a problem with your system locale symbols. Try to rename the file

    rigid\js\count\jquery.countdown-pt-br.js

    to

    rigid\js\count\jquery.countdown-pt-BR.js

    and see if that would fix the problem for you.

    Hi Guilherme,

    Sorry, could you also enable WP_DEBUG_LOG in wp_config.php, so we can look at the logs.
    So the lines will be like this:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
    define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);

    It will help also if you give us ftp access.

    Hi Guilherme,

    The issue comes from the “WooCommerce Blocks” plugin. Please deactivate it. I suppose you are not using it.
    This plugin is currently under heavy development and such issues may arise from time to time.

    Hello Guilherme,

    The reason for the slider to not work is that both products you’ve choose are in the Trash.
    Either restore the products from the trash or choose different products.

    Resolving this now.

    Don’t forget to disable the debug again, if you don’t need it.

    Looks like there is a “500 – Internal Server Error” on your page.

    Make sure you have the latest theme version and also the latest version of the Rigid Plugin, WooCommerce Plugin and the WPBakery Page Builder.
