Hi.
We have set up the theme from scratch and imported demo content. Problem is, when clicking most of the links, their pages are ‘not found’. Upon checking under wp admin, the pages are clearly there, even their slug name (.e.g. /about-me) is there. Furthermore clicking on ‘Edit with WPBakery Page Builder’ also throws a ‘not found’ error. we already performed a full reset of wp twice, and all (mandatory/optional) plugins are installed. Any clues why this is happening?

I have just checked your website. Did a reset and a fresh theme instalaltion.

It looks like there is something wrong with your mod_rewrite rules as everything works fine when the “pretty urls” are disabled. I’d suggest checking this with your hosting support. Everything else seems fine with your installation.

Hello craft_user,

Sorry about that. We didn’t delete the user, but used the “WP Reset” plugin to make sure everything is fresh and out-of-the-box on the site and probably it left the active user only.
