Hi, I have tried to use a cache(W3 total cache) plugin, offloaded media and assets files using WP offload Media but my score are still too low. My server is 2vCPUs, 4GB Memory, and 25GB SSD. Any idea how I can improve the score especially for mobile?

The score on Pagespeed Insights would depend on many factors including hosting quality, number of plugins used and their code quality, image optimization, external scripts loading (e.g. social media scripts or google services like Analitycs and Tag manager) etc. We can’t give you directions, as it would be different for different sites. There are many materials available on the internet and also there are instructions what to change and how on the score test page.

Also, I’d suggest changing the W3TC and WP Offload media plugins to something else. Especially W3TC could be a nightmare and even slow down the site if you’re not an expert. I’d suggest combination of WP Super Cache and Autoptimize for the site optimization.
